Perfume Smells Like Baby Powder

DEPARTMENT

Department of Computer Science from Ecole Normale Superieure (ENS), Maroua is headed by Dr. Ing. Habil. Kolyang. This is assisted by two teachers. As can be seen, there is a department initially subdivided into less staff, which is why, to achieve its purpose to train competent teachers capable of imparting knowledge, it has within it, a number of support staff.
After undergraduate core curriculum was a second cycle divided into two options: Computer Science and Information Technology and Communication (ICT). Regarding the latter that are the subject of this blog, it is composed of 182 students from the four corners of Cameroon and with different initial training.
Thus we may find the graduate faculty of Economics and Management, Law, Science, Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, to name just there.
department to address its problems of lack of teachers, regularly uses those universities sisters, mission durations relatively short.

Should I Wax Before Or After A Hot Shower

THESE DOCTORS PhD ABETE THE CAMEROON

generation " college " that ruled Cameroon since independence, which they said it was intellectually limited to truly Cameroon to raise the heights it deserves, has been replaced in 25 years to the race of " Teachers, Doctors, Engineers Surveyors . But then we thought the country would take the TGV train development, it has never been so badly worn.

Our doctors doctorates, however, give a collective picture of Cameroon State idiot who does not know where he goes, and in which the noble values have disappeared. Those who should be our lights we have plunged into the darkness of human stupidity. Here is a small range of these defects abêtisseurs Cameroon.

  • They Diploma consecration

They wear their pants to study, they invest the lecture halls here and elsewhere to increase their knowledge, and they reap many degrees, sometimes brilliantly. But once they get jobs, they easily succumb to the delights of everyday life, characterized by the cycle-work space (tours, restaurants, inns)-house (TV, sleep). They now display their diplomas as mere medals recalling their past academic achievements. They hardly read, they learn more, they recover more involved, they do more research. Their diplomas were used to acquire social folding seats, and that's it. Do not ask certainly not what they can provide the country with the knowledge they are supposed to have acquired, they will tell you anything because they never thought of.

  • They are only consumers of ideas

For our doctors doctorates, their role is limited to state problems (again!), Solutions from where they are usually designed. See how people are supposed to better understand the realities of their country, are dictating the economic measures by young professionals without experience sometimes IMF and the Bank World! "Over there" they were on the BMD system to university, it's good, we adopt here. And when some of them try to generate knowledge, they are downright ridiculed, as was Prof. Anomah Ngu with vaccine trials against HIV / AIDS. But in general, the solutions manufactured elsewhere are not suitable for our country, and as our doctors do not produce doctorates, the result is what we live.

  • They are complexed

A Rector visited Douala his faculty of science with its staff of professors, and what he has overcome serious is that teachers do not dress in a suit and tie. And you want CICAM does well when officers of a university located in the economic capital of hot countries impose three-piece suits as "decent place" for teachers working in overheated lecture halls? Because of the "other", that's the dress at home and so it must be the same. Watch these "scholars" in the debates (so to speak), and watch their favorite punchline to defend an idea, is " even in France or the USA, it goes like this . Never advancing our country if we think they are the "others" who should decide what is good for us. To say that we thought that this complex was due to illiteracy!

  • They deny their knowledge to the sycophancy

When linguist called the wife of Associate Head of State " Madam President, His Excellency ..." is wonders if you do not dream. Who else but the linguist was sounding the alarm about the misuse of language in Cameroon? It's the same unpleasant surprise when it was "leading authority" of the right believes that the Constitution can edit whenever desired, as a simple association rules. A "major" political scientist officiating at IRIC invites himself to all TV sets from Cameroon to demonstrate that the limitation of presidential terms is "undemocratic." This is serious! Our doctors have no more doctorates in their sycophancy guardrail at the location of the Prince: even Knowledge is truncated to the bottom ends. No wonder the rate of growth and unemployment (population figures as well) are more like the fable that the actual statistics. A country can advance when science is being sacrificed at the altar of the whims of its leaders?

  • They are cowardly and irresponsible

Their favorite posture when they pretend to criticize those in power is to blame all the ills of our country's entourage President. Cowards as they are, they want to believe they are Cameroonians governed by God the Father himself (the infallible), simply because they fear possible "head shots". Our aggregated aggregates readily admit they do not think, everything they do is put "under the high pulse ...." None of their public statements would be complete without mention that "The Head of State, His Excellency ...." When they are interviewed in their offices, they do everything for the photo of the speaker through their mouth appears in the image. Or, as one person can produce great ideas for all sectors national life, we find ourselves in a situation where nothing is done anywhere. And flop!

  • They prostitute themselves in cults and networks

For access to important posts and / or to ensure a "scandalous enrichment," our "long rods" belong to sects and networks swarming (uncovered since the advent of the New Deal) in our country. Unfortunately for them, they discover the true "manual" of these mystical circles and evil when they are already inside, and this is the worst humiliation: sodomy, the sale of wives "masters" for sexual purposes, etc.. They roll carriage, they have the illusion of having power because rises in their path, but as prostitutes, they suffer in their flesh and psyche. They become envious of the freedom and peace of mind of ordinary citizens, which begets evil. No question of having the well-being by staying clean, as they endure the humiliation. Thus, we understand easily why the happiness of the people is the least of their worries. But say, how to educated our doctors PhD does not they know that nothing on this earth can be achieved without consideration?

  • They are tribal

statement of "elites" of Mfoundi after the riots in Cameroon in February 2008 is a powerful illustration, it is not require comment. Once our "scholars" are appointed to positions of power at the national level, they run feast in his home village. As if to say they are ministers, deputies, presidents, CEO or others for their brothers in the village. They argue shameless injustice system of "regional balance" at the expense of competence, including examinations and competitions, and in recruitment and appointments to positions of responsibility. Thus, "The Right Man At The Right Place" is purely a figment of the imagination in Cameroon, and the evolution of the backward countries is a logical consequence.

  • They are liars and cheats

When one says, tongue-in-cheek, in front of television cameras that died during the riots of February 2008 owe their plight to fights between rioters and looters who disagreed not when sharing the spoils of their forfeitures, or when declared triumphantly that there was "zero casualty" in Bamenda during the Years of Fire, while people died by the bullets of security forces, c is serious. This is serious because it is the parent of children, and even (alas!) Teacher, so he who is supposed to tell young people that lying is a vice. The lie was so commonplace in our country by those who are responsible for its management, the term "policy" is now synonymous with "falsehood." You realize that we gave a discharge for "good governance" for years to DG of state enterprises, while they were looting and killing these structures? SNEC, CAMAIR, CAMTEL, ONCPB, CNR, is a long list of companies in Cameroon died because of lies and deceit of our "experts".

  • They are amnesic

In the early 1990s, many of our "scholars" are mounted to the plate to say that Cameroon was not yet ready for multiparty politics. A few weeks later, the same returned without shame explain the correctness of the choice of the Head of State to enact laws that enshrine the multiparty system. In 1996, they invaded the media to present the new Constitution as a model of its kind in democracy. There was nowhere better: motions of support, triumphal marches. Today, here are the same coming back, all sense of shame, decrying "one of the best constitutions in the world." What about the professor who is younger, had lived strikes by students in high school Bonaberi and the University of Yaounde, which supports the thesis of the youth in their handling of recent claims. There is, therefore, that the youth of Cameroon need to handle it realizes she's hungry? In Burkina Faso, Senegal and elsewhere, young people are more mature in Cameroon! Such amnesia ambient confining our country to eternal beginning, so to stagnation and decline.

  • I ls are weak and manipulable

Not long ago, we told Teachers, Doctors, Engineers Surveyors in Cameroon need to become village head to show that "control" portion of the population, and thus obtain a better share the national cake. So it was the rush to chiefdoms in the villages of the country when we were really far from the ruling family, his fortune is put upon to carry the throne "his" person. Traditional authority has been weakened, discredited.
Ask these cowards to walk on all fours on the grounds of "high instructions, and they will do better: they'll crawl. Small "snitches" and extort large sums of money under the pretext of power to advance their case in high places. The most serious is that teachers of PE and small computer design slogans and ridiculous arguments, and our "teachers" and repeat like parrots. Going to school so long to be mere puppets, it's sad. Unfortunately the impact of this reality is not an individual one, the Cameroon suffers, because these high-level graduates who lead us are just as manipulated by foreigners. And our businesses, even sovereignty, are sold off, markets and contracts fooled against us are legion.

  • They are corrupt and thieves

Previously, we identified people who had " read a lot" by their detachment for material goods. They dreamed only of recognition for their achievements in their field of knowledge. Today, super graduates dream of big cars, castles, and bank accounts obese. Even within universities, we see how they fight like cats and dogs to win the "juicy missions. When riding in our big cities, you are shown the buildings built by such aggregate or as expert with the stolen money to the state. It is even used the money intended to stop the spread of HIV / AIDS to build huge fortunes. If the fight against corruption and misappropriation was real in our country, no university in the world would have a higher concentration of Teachers, Doctors, Engineers-Surveyors that our prisons. Accordingly, as those who have had enough distance to think with the daily fate of the country are absorbed by the search of easy money, Cameroon is on autopilot.
It should be noted that the flaws identified here are not exhaustive. What is more worrying is that this breed of "doctors of doctorates" consistency is not being renewed, which is normal, since many of them are cynical enough to continue teaching. One proof of this dumbing down is the behavior of motorcycle taxi drivers: they are rude, reckless, they ignore the rules of the road, yet we are told they are largely licensees and master's degrees.

So when big countries give graduates of such an image of ignorance in society, it is enough to believe that the people they are supposed to be the " provocateur "is a nonsense proverbial. Fortunately, this deduction can not resist the assertion of the grandmother who always said he yal'intelligence school, and there are also human intellect itself which is not measured by the number of degrees. There is therefore no need to despair of Cameroon as a country is not built solely with aggregated, and the middle classes who have the country at arm's length, are now learning what not to satiety important not to do if we want to advance a country. Experience they will use when the alternation will be in the way of thinking and driving Cameroon.
